Transformers star Shia LaBeouf has been arrested for being intoxicated and trespassing in a Chicago drugstore.
LaBeouf was arrested in the early morning of November 4th, 2007 after appearing to be drunk and refusing to leave the store when requested.
He was cited on a misdemeanor count of trespassing. He posted bail, and is due back in court on Nov 28th 2007.

Nashville-based country singer Mindy McCready was charged with assaulting her mother in Fort Myers, Fla., and with resisting officers called to the disturbance. The Florida native, whose songs such as “Ten Thousand Angels” have topped country music charts, faces two misdemeanor charges of domestic battery and resisting arrest.

David Faustino, who played Bud Bundy on the long-running comedy Married with Children, was arrested in May 2007 after police noticed him screaming at his ex-wife in the middle of an intersection. When the cops smelled alcohol on his breath and found marijuana in his pocket, he was booked on possession of marijuana and disorderly intoxication charges, at which time the mug shot below was taken.

Atlanta, Georgia, authorities charged singer Bobby Brown with possession of marijuana, speeding, and driving without a license or proof of insurance on November 7, 2002. They then discovered an outstanding warrant from DeKalb County for an April 1996 DUI. After posting bond in Atlanta, the singer was transported to the DeKalb County Jail. On January 17, 2003, he pleaded guilty to the 1996 DUI and was sentenced to eight days in jail. In August 2003, he was arrested for alleged probation violations. In February 2004, a DeKalb County judge revoked his probation. In July 2004, he reported to the Fulton County Jail for a misdemeanor battery charge from December 2003 following a fight with wife Whitney Houston. In March 2006, Brown was arrested in Massachusetts for a 1992 warrant for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and an uninsured motor vehicle trailer. He posted the $40 bail and was released.

Actor Anthony Anderson, along with co-star Wayne Witherspoon, was arrested in Tennessee in July 2004 on charges that he assaulted a woman, a movie extra, after luring her into their production trailer on the set of Hustle and Flow. The charges were dismissed by a judge three months later after hearing testimony from the defendant’s ex-boyfriend who said she was trying to extort money from them. Thirty-six-year-old Anderson is still under suit for another unrelated incident involving the sexual assault of a woman on the set of his TV show All About the Andersons.

In May 2006, Miami Beach authorities charged Gilbert Arenas, better known as NBA superstar Agent Zero, with resisting an officer without violence. According to the report filed, Gilbert exited his limo to check on a Washington Wizards teammate (Awvee Storey). Storey was being arrested for blocking traffic. An officer directed Gilbert to return to his vehicle; when he ignored the directive, he was arrested and transported to the Miami-Dade County jail. Gilbert eventually escaped prosecution by making a $250 donation to a police charitable fund.

In February 2007, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s department arrested actor Ryan O’Neal, 65, after he had a dispute with his son at his Malibu home. O’Neal allegedly fired a gun at his son Griffin during the fight. He was held for less than 5 hours at the Lost Hills station and released after posting $50,000 bail. He was charged with assault with a deadly weapon, but neither he nor his son required medical treatment.

California authorities charged Backstreet Boy Nick Carter with drunk driving in March 2005 after the 25-year-old singer was pulled over for a traffic violation at about 7:30 PM. The police determined he was drunk during routine questioning. Carter failed the field sobriety test and was booked into the Huntington Beach City Jail. After four hours in custody, he was released, although he was issued a citation.

Actress Michelle Rodriguez, 27, who plays police officer Ana Lucia on the TV show Lost, was arrested by real-life police in December 2005 after her cars was seen weaving in Kailua, Hawaii. After failing a field sobriety test, Rodriguez was charged with driving under the influence and released on $500 bail. Her character on the show was subsequently killed off.

After being pulled over for speeding in July 1996, Gibson launched into a well-publicized, sexist, anti-Semitic diatribe. He was subsequently arrested on the same stop for drunk driving and this mug shot was snapped. Unlike most mug shots, the 50-year-old Hollywood actor definitely looks debonair.

In November 2002 Steve Williams (aka Stone Cold Steve Austin) pleaded no contest to assaulting his wife during a domestic dispute (misdemeanor charge). According to the Bexar County Sheriff’s office (Texas), Austin is about 6′3″ (1.93 meters).

Actor Macaulay Culkin, who rose to stardom on the strength of the Home Alone movies, was busted in Oklahoma after police pulled over a car in which he was riding and found marijuana and two controlled substances (Xanax and sleeping pills) in a bag Culkin claimed as his. The actor told the police he did not have a prescription for the pills. The Oklahoma County Sheriff’s Office snapped the mug shot below before Culkin was released after posting a $4,000 bond.

Civil rights leader Martin Luther King, Jr. was arrested by Alabama police in February 1956 for his part in the Montgomery bus boycotts. He served a brief stint in jail. King was sentenced again two years later for civil disobedience and ordered jail time, but he never served it thanks to a public official who opted to pay the fines instead (and avoid King’s notorious publicity).

Kid-friendly Pee-wee Herman, real name Paul Reubens, was not kidding around when he turned himself in to Los Angeles authorities during the investigation of a child pornography ring in November 2002. Charges were later dropped as Herman pleaded guilty to a lesser misdemeanor obscenity charge. The 56-year-old actor had been arrested previously in Florida in July 1991 after being caught masturbating in an adult movie house. His sentence included fines, court costs, and the production of an anti-drug public service announcement.

The “Dapper Don” John Gotti’s laundry list of charges includes murder, conspiracy to coming murder, loan sharking, racketeering and tax evasion. Gotti’s last arrest came in December 1990, and his final conviction in June 1992 secured his sentence of lifetime incarceration without the chance of parole.

In October 1965, while en route from Juarez, Mexico, U. S. Customs agents at the El Paso International Airport seized hundreds of pep pills and tranquilizers found in Johnny Cash’s luggage. The Man in Black overnighted in the county jail before pleading guilty to a misdemeanor count. He was fined $1,000 and received a 30-day suspended sentence.

Customs inspectors at the Toronto International Airport arrested Jimi Hendrix in May 1969 for the possession of heroin and hashish. Hendrix claimed a fan, unbeknownst to him, slipped the drugs into his luggage. He was subsequently acquitted of the charges.
